This episode is Document version 2 (Doc-v2) of the OSSP platform:

It is a mechanism by which two objectives will be fulfilled for the attachment management:
1. If an attachment (like NID) is uploaded by the applicant for any kind of application then that attachment is not required to be uploaded again (will be auto-suggested) for any kind of other application /service.
2. It will minimize the usage of server storage for the attachment upload since the same attachment will not be uploaded repeatedly (just copy the uploaded attachment's previous path).
